RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Any jewelry returned damaged will be sent back to the client.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns outside European Union (EU) are made via Standard Shipping/National Postal Services to reduce the cost of the return.

Damages & Issues
If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged or defective after opening the parcel, please photograph the damaged item immediately and notify us as soon as possible. No reclamation will be accepted after 3 days.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale or custom made/personalized items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, that international custom charges, duties and sales tax are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
When a ring is re-adjusted on a specific size on demand, any jewelry has been modified especially for you, or any particular design made on demand, it becomes custom made and it is not returnable and not refundable.
In the event that the return of the product by the Customer is due to an error by the Whisper Gold, such as a product missing from the order, a non-compliant product or a manufacturing defect in the product, Whisper Gold Fine Jewelry will refund, in addition to the purchase price of the product, the shipping costs incurred by the Customer for the delivery of the product.
The Customer must report the error by email to contact@whispergoldjewelry.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order.
