We ship from Greece, Europe.

All our jewelry are made to order and our processing time is 4-8 business days.

European Union (E.U): 1-3 business days
Europe Non-E.U: 3-5 business days 
USA: 3-5 business days +1-3 business days if you live in a remote area*
Everywhere else: 3-6 business days +1-3 business days if you live in a remote area*

*There is an extra charge for Remote Area Delivery. You can add the shipping charge during checkout, with or without Shipping Insurance. When in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us and we will tell you if your Postal Code is included in the Remote Area Delivery List.

DHL Express doesn't ship to Russia. All orders from Russia will be shipped via the Greek post office with registered shipping.

DHL Express doesn't ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide us with an alternative shipping address.

Please consult your local customs authorities to learn if the importation of gold jewelry is allowed in your country.

Delivery times may vary due to holiday seasons, bad weather or other factors that we can't control. If there's a problem with your order contact us and we will do all that we can to help.

Returns outside European Union (E.U) are made via Standard Shipping to reduce the cost of the return. Please read more on our Returns & Refunds Policy.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also click here to track your order. You will also be receiving emails from DHL with tracking information throughout the transit. If you don't see the emails please check your spam folder.
